Users can use alternate methods of getting optical audio from their TV or using an HDMI audio extractor, providing the ability to use ChatMix.PlayStation 5 will likely introduce game and chat audio balancing options in its user interface (stay tuned!).The removal of the optical audio part does leave the question of game and chat audio balancing on ChatMix-enabled headsets, which allows you to balance your game and chat audio on the headset.
